RSI

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) developed by J. Welles Wilder is a very popular momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements of any financial markets. The RSI oscillates between 0 and 100. Traditionally, RSI has been considered overbought at over 70, and is considered oversold below 30. Trading signals can be generated, by looking for divergences and failure swings. RSI can also be used to identify the current trend.
