The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a momentum indicator used to measure the magnitude of recent price changes to assess overbought or oversold prices of stocks or other assets. RSI is considered overbought at over 70 and is considered oversold below 30. These traditional levels can also be adjusted to better accommodate safety if needed. For example, if the security repeatedly reaches the overbought level of 70, you may want to adjust this level to 80 or 90.
